Store Policies Simplified

If you're thinking about buying something from me, here's a quick primer in plain english on the store polices, with links to more detailed information. If you have any additional questions or comments, you can fire them off on the contact page!

Refunds & Returns

Can I return or exchange a product?

Unfortunately, March1Studios doesn't take returns. We use print-on-demand services to make everything special for you, after you order it. So we don't have stock or supply to return or exchange items. We have included detailed product specifications on every product, so please make sure you check sizing and care requirements so you get the best fit and it lasts long!

Can I get a refund?

March1Studios does not offer refunds, except in the rare cases of misprints/damaged items/defective products.

What if the product arrives damaged or defective?

Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, and products may get misprinted, printed on a bad shirt, or might be damaged in transit. And I, nor my suppliers, want you to be stuck with a damaged product. In the event of an error on our part, we will try to make it right. We will first offer you a replacement item, at no charge. If that won't work for you, we will refund your money.

We have a 14 day replacement window from the time of delivery, so please get a hold of me as soon as you can, or I won't be able to help you!

What if I never received my order?

If for some reason your order didn't arrive, be sure to contact me using the contact form provided on the contact page. I want to make sure you get what you ordered! First things first though, check to make sure the address was correct, and check your tracking info!

If the shipping address is correct, get in touch, and have your order information. That way we can try and find out what happened to your order, and either reship, replace or refund it!

If you haven't received your order within two weeks of the estimated delivery, get in touch, and we'll figure out how to make it right!

How soon can I receive my order?

Shipping times will vary. Our suppliers ship from various locations around the world, and will try and route your order to the nearest fulfillment facility, and will start your order within 48 hours of receiving it. 

Shipping times within the US are typically 3-5 days. For all other countries, delivery times may be up to 2 weeks under normal circumstances. During holiday periods (and the uh, pandemic), please allow for up to 5 weeks for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Barring a few exceptions, we ship worldwide.

How will I know when I'll get my order?

Once your order is fulfilled and a shipping label is created, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Keep in mind it can take up to 48 hours for that item to ship once the label is created.

Will products arrive together or separately?

Products may arrive in separate deliveries. We source from several suppliers and vendors, and each product will be individually fulfilled and shipped. We focus on suppliers like Printful for our clothing, but different fulfillment facilites might make each individual item. You'll receive tracking information for each portion of your order. 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Maybe. Customs policy for each country we ship to isn't something we can control for, so we can't include that in what you pay at checkout. If you live in a country where you are typically charged duties and taxes for international goods, be prepared for an additional cost.

Your privacy is important to us. Some of your personal information will be collected by this website, and by the services we employ in order to fulfill your orders. That's unavoidable - if I could do this without taking any kind of information, I would. 

We will do everything we can to protect your information, and will only be using it to improve our services, products, for communicating with you about your orders, and for fulfillment of your orders. We will only be sharing your information with third parties for the purposes of fulfilling your orders. Your billing information is fully encrypted.

We will never knowingly release or sell your information. For more detailed information about how we use your personal data, you can read our full privacy policy.

Terms of Service

There's a fairly lengthy 'terms of service' document here full of legal mumbo-jumbo that basically says:

  • You are of the age of majority
  • We encrypt your sensitive data
  • We have the right to refuse service for any reason
  • Prices and policies may be subject to change.
  • Products are represented as accurately as possible

The basic gist is, I want to sell you cool t-shirts, and you want to buy them, let's just be chill about it.



All designs are original and created by Dan Simon. I do not hire other designers, nor will any of my designs come from created stock art, and I don't sell designs I don't make myself. To that end:

A lot of my work is inspired by fandoms and properties, so I go to great lengths to ensure my designs fall under 'fair use' or are only inspired by things that we all know and love. I have no wish to steal, or infringe on anyone's intellectual property.

If you feel that once of my designs infringes on your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property, please get in touch via the contact form on the Copyright Page. Please provide documentation to your complaint. 

That said, if a listing simply mentions an intellectual property as its inspiration, I will not be taking it down.
