“In spite of everything I shall rise again: I will take up my pencil, which I have forsaken in my great discouragement, and I will go on with my drawing.” Vincent Van Gogh
Spite can be a powerful motivator. Many decry the use of spite as a tool for momentum, but it's effect is undeniable. Used carelessly, it can corrupt and consume us, and will cause us more pain than the object of our spite. But carefully measured into the steam furnace of our mind, it can be the catalyst for brilliance, perseverance and commitment to purpose.
Careful how much you put into your coffee.
